Two storey side extension.

A modern two storey side extension with Architecturally designed features of raised brick panels, exposed roof joists with birch faced plywood. The location of the extension is along a raised bank which had to be excavated and a reinforced structural concrete wall needed to be constructed to retain the bank. The site was a tight build but LI&M managed to overcome this with good site management and planning of all the works involved.
