Demolition of existing rear conservatory and the construction of a new single storey rear extension and refurbishment of the entire family dwelling.

The whole project was taken from design concepts, through planning to a turn key finish.

The ground conditions for the rear extension posed difficulty for the excavation of the foundations. London Interiors & Maintenance worked closely with Building Control to make everything work for the project to be completed. All design was undertaken by London Interiors & Maintenance working closely with the Home Owner. London Interiors & Maintenance installed a high performance joist between the underfloor heating system with screed infill.
