This project involved the complete refurbishment of an existing apartment and adding an additional floor to an existing ground floor apartment.

The Client purchased an area of the basement directly below their apartment which London Interiors & Maintenance used in house capabilities to design a new structural floor level to create a new kitchen/diner directly below the existing apartment and a cinema and games room to the basement level. Full interiors design service was used along with the complete building works package
