London Interiors & Maintenance were engaged by the Client at Claremont Road Bickley to build a rear ground floor oak frame extension along with updating the internals of the entire property. LI&M worked closely with the Oak Frame Specialist Supplier to ensure all designs were sympathetic to the property along with working to critical site dimensions given the off site manufacturing involved.
A lot of pre-commencement planning and programme management was required to ensure everything was coordinated and completed at the right time. The project allowed the LI&M Team to show off their craftsmanship and ability to work on a project of this specialist nature.
