Full Refurbishment & Rear Extension.

The works involved a complete refurbishment of the whole property along with a rear dining/living room extension and external works.

This property had been rented to tenants for several years prior to the purchase and had fallen into disrepair. There were damp issues to be addressed along with some rotten structural timbers which needed to be removed and replaced. Access was also an issue but with some good project management this was overcome.
