London Interiors & Maintenance constructed the rear extension and complete refurbishment to the ground floor of this semi detached family home in Sydenham.

The Architect designed space allowed us to express our true craftsmanship in delivering the handmade brickwork facade along with the exposed ceiling while working alongside the Architects other visions for the project. The site constraints meant that a large excavation was required to the rear garden to allow the extension to be cut into the sloping rear garden. The intricate detailing to the exposed ceiling with shadow gap and birch faced plywood was completed by our in house Carpenter/Joiners.
