Complete refurbishment and modernisation of a derelict bungalow.

LI&M were commissioned by the Client to bring this derelict bungalow back to life. LI&M worked closely with the Clients on all design aspects of the project from start to finish. The property had to be completely gutted. Some but not all of the works included- New roof, new windows, doors, external rendering, internal plastering, rewiring, replumbing, new kitchen, utility, air conditioning, driveway and garden.
